Ultra-fast immediate loading implants
with provisionals in 2 hours
Medicalfit® 3HS is our ultra-fast immediate loading implant protocol, which allows placing a screwed provisional on the same day as surgery, in just 2 hours, without compromising precision or passivity.
- Automated design with Pdental and iFinder and manufacturing via ultra-fast 3D printing.
- Correction of the intraoral scan geometry, avoiding tension on the implants.
- Allows in-clinic printing, working with Medicalfit or your usual laboratory.

How does it work?
Treatment Phases with Medicalfit® 3HS
Planning
In the first phase, all the patient’s initial records are collected using intraoral scanning (IOS), CBCT and a comprehensive photographic protocol.
Using this information, a virtual twin of the patient is created to serve as a working model. Based on this model, the 3D prosthetic plan is designed, defining the aesthetics, function and ideal position of the implants in relation to the future prosthesis.
On this basis, the most appropriate surgical approach for the case is also selected, whether using a guide, navigation or freehand technique, depending on the clinical strategy and the team’s preferences.
Ultra-fast provisional restoration
Once the surgery has been completed, a new intraoral scan is taken with the MFTS7-IF scanbodies in place, and a follow-up CBCT scan is obtained.
This data is sent to the Pdental/iFinder software, which automatically detects the implants, corrects the IOS using the CBCT information, and generates a passivated digital model ready for design.
The V1 Temporary is designed and manufactured on this model using ultra-fast 3D printing, meaning the prosthesis can be ready approximately 2 to 3 hours after the end of surgery.
Depending on the clinical case and mechanical requirements, a machined PMMA V2 provisional can also be requested, available within 24–48 hours, which incorporates the adjustments from V1 and offers greater strength throughout the osseointegration phase.
Definitive Prosthesis
Throughout the provisioning period, adjustments made to the provisional are systematically recorded, including changes in occlusion, contour modifications, aesthetic details, and the evolution of soft tissues.
All this information is transferred to the design of the final prosthesis, which is manufactured with the highest precision and clinical traceability.
Advantages of Medicalfit® 3HS
Provisional V1 in 2 hours from the end of surgery, with the option of machined V2 in 24 hours for greater strength.
Early sealing of alveoli and better tissue management, reducing the risks of collapse and complications during osseointegration.
Digital model corrected with CBCT + IOS that ensures passive fit and radiological control of adaptation.
More scheduling flexibility and the ability to work in-house, with Medicalfit or your usual laboratory.
CAD automation with Pdental and iFinder that reduces design time and allows increasing case volume without increasing resources.
Medicalfit® 3 Full Arch
Clinical case
In a superior full-arch case presented by Dr. Justo MartÃnez Balaguer, the Medicalfit® 3HS protocol was applied to convert the guided surgery into a fixed screwed prosthesis on the same morning.
After digital planning and implant placement, a new IOS was taken with MFTS7-IF scanbodies and a control CBCT, which were processed with Pdental to design the provisional V1.
Approximately 2 h 45 minutes from the start of the surgery, the patient left the clinic with a screwed provisional.

How to access Medicalfit® 3HS?
- They can work directly with the online platform Medicalfit® Home, delegating the entire digital and production phase.
- Those seeking maximum control over the workflow can opt for Medicalfit® InHouse Service, incorporating printing in the clinic itself to maximize the speed of the protocol.
- Operate autonomously using the Dentalreply platform, where the professional can manage their cases, access Pdental/iFinder technology and download the 3D files needed to design and manufacture their provisionals and definitives.
Get the passivation
You can use Pdental, an automatic passivation software that generates a corrected virtual patient ready to design complete arches from an intraoral scan and a CBCT, and iFinder, software to determine the real position of the implant in Full Arch rehabilitations.
With both you can obtain the passivation necessary to design the prosthesis.
